The smell of fresh bread drifted through the farmhouse courtyard and the balcony houses on the outskirts of Milan in the early 1950s. This is where Cesarino’s story begins.

Parma ham, pistachio mortadella or porchetta: three ideas for your next Cesarino sandwich, all served in our handmade bread.

With buffalo mozzarella, squacquerone and rocket, or caciocavallo and truffle sauce: Parma ham features in the first six sandwiches on the menu.

In no. 17, it comes with buffalo mozzarella, rocket and truffle sauce. For another combination, try no. 18 with lamb’s lettuce and squacquerone.

Two ingredients at the heart of sandwich no. 24. For a different filling, no. 25 pairs porchetta with buffalo mozzarella, rocket and tartare sauce.
